[Asterisk-Dev] say.c cleanup -feedback wanted

Those willing to help with fixing say.c could please have a look
at http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=5675

The code there is pretty much final, but i would really need
help from mother-tongue people on how to pronounce numbers
(cardinals and ordinals), times and dates.

Even if you don't want to look at the code (which should be
a lot more readable now) you can still help by telling e.g. how
you spell a time and a date in language X, with possible
weird exceptions

e.g

	00:00	midnight
	07:00	seven a-m
	12:25	five times five minutes past lunch time
	18:20	six hours after twenty minutes past twelve noon
