[Asterisk-Dev] Inconsistencies between .call files and Manager API

I noticed this a while ago, and every time I use them I have to look up
which is which, so I thought I ought to mention it.

In call files, the extension is specified as "Extension:" and variables
are specified using "SetVar:" or "Set:". However, in the Manager API,
"Exten:" and "Variable:" are used instead.

It would be nice to get them consistent, or to have both forms accepted
by both interfaces.
