[Asterisk-Dev] extensions.conf limitations,
and how to overcome them

Well if you're running AGI, you can call manager commands. For
example with Perl:
my $ASTBIN = "/usr/sbin/asterisk";
`$ASTBIN -rx "add extension <exten>,<priority>,<app>,<app-data> into
<context>"`;
