I am pretty sure anything which supports T.38 over RTP will also support
T.38 over UDPTL. Therefore, RTP support isn't really that impotant at
the present time. The original poster asked for T.38 over RTP support
for Cisco. Every Cisco box is just as happy with UDPTL.
If you really want to help move T.38 over RTP forward try adding the FEC
protocols to *'s RTP implementation (RFC 2198 and RFC 2733). T.38 will
require these for reliable operation. Since they only affect the RTP
implementation (rather than users of RTP) they form a self-contained
pakage which can be worked on in isolation.
