[Asterisk-Dev] Applications that currently have n+101 behavior

List supplied by Junky, this is everything that provides +101 behavior
in the dialplan.  Are there any volunteers for converting any of these
to return status variables?  Do we want a more general EXITSTATUS var
from all of these, or specific variables for each?
