I am not after free support. As for spending less money, yes any business
wishes to get more out every dollar spent.

We have spent time and time to configure H323 for quite few clients and we
have learnt
what was needed and successfully deployed H323.

I just wish other people on this list do not have to go thru same pain. That
is all :)
