[Asterisk-Dev] Call routing API?

Hey,
Im a newbie to Astrix and I was wondering if it has an API that can 
interact with the call managment system that would let an external 
appliction redirect a call to a diferant extension at will? 

For example a call comes in to 1001 but is redirected to 2002.  The next 
time a call come in for 1001 its redirected to 3001 and the next time it 
goes through to 1001.  All the redirections are based on logic in an 
external app.
