I'd like to see something a little more like as follows

Event: Hold
EventStatus: On | Off

Event: ParkedCall
EventStatus: Parked | Unparked | TimedOut

I think with a slight change in the name we can get rid of some 
ambiguity while cleaning things up a bit.
