Right, but for proper ascend/decend hunting do you not want "highest" or 
"lowest" available and *not* round-robin?

I mean most telco switches will route a call to channel 1 and then 2 and 3, 
but ONLY if 2 and 1 are still busy... if 1 frees up the next call comes in on 
1 again.
