[Asterisk-Dev] Chan_capi relaxdtmf patch

Hello,

I don't know if this is useful to anybody but I am using kapejod's 
chan_capi 0.3.5 driver with Asterisk 1.0.7 + a AVM fritz and was having 
some problems detecting DTMF in my IVR menus.

I patched the code to be able to use Asterisk's dsp relaxdtmf option and 
solve this problem.

With this patch you can specify relaxdtmf=1 in capi.conf, but it is 
turned off by default.
