You are definitely mailing the wrong mailing list. And you haven't read 
the available documentation or tried google.

Check the "extensions reload" command and spend some time with
the voip-info.org asterisk wiki. And if you have similar questions in 
the future, please write to the asterisk-users mailing list instead.
