If i understand correctly you want to be able to call * then say ie,
"Hi mum i won't be able to make it for lunch today " and then say
"Mum's number: 123456" and you would like asterisk to convert your
voide to text and put it into sms and send sms to your mum cell phone.

Well if you could implement speach recognition engine that would work
without a training with reasonable accuracy you'd be billionaire.
