[Asterisk-Dev] Video Voice Mail

Hey all..

I am in the initial phase of development on a video voicemail type
application for *. I am not up to par on *'s entire source base yet and was
wondering if there are any provisions, functions, etc. - for video other
than passthru video with H.263. Using the skeleton app in the source tree
has allowed me to accelerate app development and I am now to a point where I
need to get the video piece up and running.

I have been unsuccessful in finding much of any type of documentation or
posts relating to the exact video support * has and to what extent. I'm not
sure if the call needs to be re-invite once it's up if video's detected, if
there is just passthru support, etc. - essentially how * handles video calls
- just wanting to find out before I start.

If someone could point me in the right direction or maybe offer an
explanation, I would appreciate it.
