[Asterisk-Dev] MOH using native codecs in stable branch

Just in case someone else finds it useful, I'm including an attachment with a
port of the music on hold services from CVS HEAD (as of today) to the v1-0
branch (as of today). I tried to make the patch as unobtrusive as possible
and to port as less as I could from the HEAD version.
Please let me know if anyone finds a problem with it.
