Its easy to do a basic job of this, and really really hard to do a good 
job.Unfortunately, to produce anything users will find useful you need 
to do the really really hard job..... Been there, done that. :-)

Note: producing something people think is neat at their first try is 
very different from something that doesn't drive them nuts after the 
first week.
