[Asterisk-Dev] DTMF Length for INBAND ULaw SIP

I have trouble understanding where to tailor the speed and length of DTMF
when sent over Ulaw SIP, and using Inband DTMF. I imagine that there is
nothing to tweak when using RFC2833 or Info. But there must be a
configurable parameter when using Inband. I am not using the Zaptel driver
for my app is 100% soft, so I imagine that the digits.h file is not useful.
Any ideas? The default DTMF length is too slow for real-life apps.
