Beer, fix one bug, create a whole lot more ;)

It might be a good idea to explain some of the things concerning threads 
and specific asterisk debugging scenario's... for example how previous 
bugs were solved. Most coders would be able to get the idea according to 
that, or atleast provide more clue's on some bugs. (Finding the cause is 
1, fixing it is 2... and 2 requires some more in depth knowledge of 
asterisk in this case)
