Yes, that's the plan. If your CDR dumper doesn't care about the child 
records, they will be ignored. I may also provide a configuration option 
(defaulting to "on") that causes the actual child record creation 
functions to become no-ops, but haven't really thought through that yet.

I'll post here when I have something testable for people to try.
