Good. A sniffer trace now confirms that a 'cvs login' is not leaving
our local segment, so something when south on our fc3 kernel update.
Good thing this is a dev box. :) (Hope RH is not following the MS approach
and forcing a firewall implementation. Time to go digging around.)
