	i've not been following the 1.2 commit rules, etc, but 
mostly for others that watch who joins their conf calls, etc..

	instead of memorizing all the channel -> user mappings
now that i have over 100 users, i patched app_meetme.

	it also aligns the user# info so when you have more than
9 people in a conf the output will be easier to read.

	ps.

	since i sent this on friday, i have modified my private version
of the patch to align the cid_num and cid_name as well, i'll upload
the modified patch shortly, but that's "easy" stuff imho.
