I apologize if this is answered somewhere - didn't have much luck finding it on the wiki/FAQ's.

I'm looking to make some changes to the MeetMe app to add support for time length limits identical to the L(x,y,z) in the Dial app.  How do I go about this in terms of code check-in, review, design approval, etc.?  Does someone moderate code contributions?
