[Asterisk-Dev] routing calls from a cellphone through asterisk?

Is there any way to make arrangements with a cellular carrier (GSM or
CDMA) to have all outbound calls made from a cell phone transferred to
an asterisk server (via SIP or IAX)?
The idea is that when I dial a number on my cell phone, I want it to
go to asterisk regardless of the number I dialed, and let asterisk
decide what to do based on the dialed number. I don't really want to
have to call my asterisk server and then "dial out again" from there.
So far the Nextel PTT stuff is the best-looking option, but it would
be much nicer if I could just instruct a cell carrier to do this for
me. Anybody ever heard of one who does?

I wrote my own mail server and it still has a few bugs.
If you send me a message and it bounces, please forward the
bounce message to megacz at gmail.com. Thanks!
