NONE of these points merits further whinging on this list!! If you have code
that's being violated, go after the guy. If not, email the people and tell
them, don't bitch about it here. This thread is already waaaaaaaay beyond
what it needs to be.
This is for asterisk development. Notification of possible license
infringement has been done. There's no need to continue this thread!
