'almost stable' track? (was [Asterisk-Dev] backporting persisent queues?)

Yeah, I'd like answeronpolarityswitch and hanguponpolarityswitch for
analog zap channels  to be included... It's an almost trivial patch (+
or - 15 lines). I currently have it backported to stable, if anyone
want it.
