[Asterisk-Dev] chan_bluetooth

Passing mention of chan_bluetooth seems to have elicited a more
attention than I expected. Real work has distracted me somewhat, but my
current version (with a lot of debugging and testing hacks) is at
http://david.woodhou.se/chan_bluetooth.c in case anyone should want to
play with it and rewrite the ring buffer code before I get round to
doing it properly. It is at least working with full duplex audio and
vaguely usable now, but it's just a snapshot of my working tree because
I ran out of time to play with it.
