[Asterisk-Dev] Agents do not work on callbacks

I'm having people stuck in my queues constantly, with dead asterisks unable 
to pickup, I can't login, logout.

Looking at the code I now see that there are a bunch of places where it 
unlocks the mutex on agents then tries to read the next agent in the list, 
is this it???
