[Asterisk-Dev] outgoing call problem with libpri-0.4.0 on embedded system

Dear all,

I've just finished porting libpri-0.4.0 onto a embedded platform. Incoming 
calls are succesfully run. but when I submit a setup message for an outgoing 
call initiation, no response received from the network side for a while, 
then SABME  is received for re-establishment of Layer-2. The network side is 
Nortel's DMS100. Has anyone out there faced with a similar problem so far?
