[Asterisk-Dev] RealTime - res_config_mysql - Ready for Testing

Churned this out over the weekend. Mark asked me to wait until Monday to
post it. Can't wait any longer. Never been so "giddy" about code before. =)

Works great on my test server.

AFAIK, there isn't any other MySQL version of the new RealTime driver.

Compiled against most recent CVS.

Please send/post successes and failures (be sure to give LOTS OF DETAIL when
reporting a failure.)
Lots of debug info is available so turn that on. (If your a dev you probably
have it on already).
Each debug/warning/notice line that the module generates starts with "MySQL
RealTime" so you can grep for that.
