new features:
-implemented thread pooling for events using JDK 1.5
java.util.concurrent package.

bugs fixed:
-lots of hardcoded paths (doh!). Added JAVA_HOME
variable requirement.

-implemented Asterisk->JVM invocation (reverse already
implemented)
-added example scripts for Asterisk->JVM invocation
-added more useless debugging statements that I'll
have to remove
later!
