[Asterisk-Dev] PostgreSQL patch for chan_iax2.c

I just uploaded a patch to bugs.digium.com to add Postgresql support to
chan_iax2.  It's really new -- not a lot of testing.  Can somebody out there
give it a whirl and see what happens?

P.S.  This was easy, I just converted the MySQL code to PgSQL.  Next:
chan_sip, then on to the extensions!  Should be _much_ tougher.

P.P.S.  Anybody want to make plans for an ad hoc Astricon at the VON show in
a few weeks?  If so, we can try to find a restaurant, bar or even a room at
one of the hotels.
