Not always 3 to skip, 7 to delete.
I see a lot as 3 to delete, 2 to skip/save
You can do what other voicemail systems do:
Supply a default setup for keypresses, and prompts. Then, allow them to
change the buttons to press. If they want different keys, they should be
able to do that in voicemail.conf, but then its up to you to get your own
prompts.
