Much (most??) of Asterisk is dynamically loaded.  so the size
depends greatly on the feature set.  But not large, a "few" (3 or
 4) megabytes.

What is your application?  If all you need is SIP to SIP you can
use sip proxy which is  _much_ lighter weight than Asterisk. but if
you need Asterisk's feature set....
