Hi All,
Actually this is more convoluted then you think. I had this problem about a
month ago. Debian has released GCC 3.2 and 3.3 since that kernel was made.
Build your self a new kernel on this box and then build Zaptel and life will
be good again.

Just a quick off the top of my head, I think I remembeer this on this
list already....
Did you remember to modify the make file to set MARCH to 586 and remove
MMX optimizations?
Hopefully this gives you somewhere to start till someone with definitive
information can answer for you.
