Yes you be correct... that was my first try..
But nobody was interested to change the code in the cvs-tree,
so i have written my own module .

I don't think we don't need a whole new cdr backend for this... One
could just register a manager command from one of the the existing CDR
engines. (ie cdr-csv since it is usually always loaded (or should be))
