[Asterisk-Dev] CDR event app for the manager interface

Hi all,

IMHO, it make sense to get the cdr over the ast manager interface as event.
Therefore, i've written i little cdr-event-app.
The c-file is appended in this mail.
I hope i have implemented it accurate to the common ast coding standard.

Perhaps, it is good enough for the regular cvs-tree  ;-)
