[Asterisk-Dev] A Red Hat Linux 8.0 Question

I loaded Red Hat Linux 8.0 on a PC, and enabled FTP and Telnet Server on
it. From this Linux command line interface I verified that I have no
problem to do ftp and telnet. But when I do ftp and telnet from another Win
2000 PC, I always got "connection reset by peer" message. I verified that I
can PING Linux from Win 2000 PC. Anyone know any configuration wrong on
Linux server?
