I'd like to stick to the basics right now, getting it to compile
cleanly out of CVS on whatever platforms people are interested in using it
on. That way the entire community can benifit. Most of what i've
done is exclude things like chan_oss and a few other things that
depend on other software or things that aren't included and might
not be used.

Getting it to work on FreeBSD was fairly easy since it uses
very similar prototypes to the Linux system.

The thing i'm starting to encounter on the Solaris stuff is
that (and I don't know what it is myself) __P stuff. If someone
has a pointer to a web page or can describe to me what that actually
means in ANSI-C, as it doesn't compile on Solaris w/ gcc/egcs (3.2.1).

I believe it's related to glibc, but i'm not 100% on that.
