<p style="white-space: pre-wrap; word-wrap: break-word;">I only know that i was getting a bill of calls if 1 hr and those were calls which were never attended to and were disconnected by VOIP provider when we traced the calls we found they were only stuck in app_amd though 5sec was maximum analysis time.
