Change subject: app_dial: Propagate outbound hook flashes.
......................................................................
app_dial: Propagate outbound hook flashes.
The Dial application currently stops hook flashes
dead in their tracks from propagating through on
outbound calls. This fixes that so they can go
down the wire.
