The configuration is the same as with hints, e.g:

[owner-group]
exten => _3115551XXX,lookup,1
exten => _311555[2-4]XXX,lookup,2
exten => _311555[56]XXX,lookup,3
exten => _3115557[12]XX,lookup,4

[test]
exten => s,1,NoOp(I belong to ${LOOKUP(${CALLERID(num)}@owner-group)})
