Caused by <https://gerrit.asterisk.org/7872>
* caller_id
* dlg_options

are special because with those re_pjsip_session was never added to AST_MODULE_INFO. I do not understand why, because the source code imports its header and uses symbols of that module. For those two and the remaining modules, re_pjsip_session was removed from MODULEINFO with the above change 7872. Again I do not understand that move, therefore I re-add it again.
