Patch Set 1:

watching ... seen an issue previously with executing a macro on the agent side first (member is a PSTN call to a mobile phone, so macro makes sure that we're not hitting voicemail) where under some (unknown, suspected macro fail/caller hangup) conditions that member would not become available for selection again for a next caller.
