To all:

This test current has issues with shutdown when REF_DEBUG is enabled.  I believe that Asterisk is functioning correctly and the issue is in the `run-test` python script.  I tried troubleshooting this but my skills in Python are lacking.  Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.
