Patch Set 7:

Can this be safely cherry-picked to 14?  It'll allow me to directly cherry-pick my python3 compatibility patch to 14 which modifies imports.  This will likely be my last patch to the 14 testsuite.  It moves a lot of code to lib/python/asterisk/self_test and fixes syntax across all lib/python files so not putting into 14 would make future conflicts more likely.
