Party A --- conf1 --- Local;1--Local;2 --- conf2 --- Party B

Party A sends MESSAGE to conf1 to reach Party B.
conf1 and conf2 get into an endless loop echoing the message back and forth.
Party A and Party B get spamed with the message.
