Summary:                    Couldn't edit outgoing calling rules
Description: 
Clicking on 'Edit' buttons gives nothing. I tried with Chrome and Firefox.

Chrome gives the following JS error when I click on Edit button:

pbx2.js:1603Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'indexOf' of undefined

Not sure whether it has anything to do with the 'Common' rule which
includes many other rules. See 'OutgoingCallingRules.jpg'. 'Common' was
created directly in extensions.conf so maybe GUI doesn't recognize it very
well?

Editing rules within 'Common' does give the dialogue as show in
'EditingSubRules.JPG' but I didn't try saving it as it doesn't seem to be
parsed correctly.
