I'm running Asterisk-1.6.0.21 on FreeBSD-8.1-PRERELEASE
I need to allow the automon feature and I've enabled it in features.conf but when I press *1 during a call I see this:
> User hit '*1' to record call. filename: wav,auto-1275177161-101-101,m
FreeBSD1*CLI> > User hit '*1' to record call. filename: wav,auto-1275177161-101-101,m
> User hit '*1' to stop recording call.
FreeBSD1*CLI> > User hit '*1' to stop recording call.
nice: sox: No such file or directory
I do not have sox installed on this system so my question is must sox be installed to be able to record calls or is
there another method that will work? If I install sox do I need to do anything else to get it to work with
Asterisk?
