[Asterisk-bsd] freepbx 2.3.0

I almost have a port +patches done for 2.3.0 of freepbx wich should work on 
2.2.1 . I have a few small things as that I am selfteaching myself php and 
lerl to do these ports correctly. and make sure every thing works right 
including all the modules that break on bsd.

I shoupd have a new port soon . if any of you are really good with php and 
perl and have time to help let me know
