[Asterisk-bsd] mpg123 and asterisk port

it's already ready to do this out of the box, though i think what you mean 
is to have musiconhold.conf set up for this from ports. this shouldn't be 
too difficult with a patch now, would it ?

doing this would remove mpg123 as a dependency.
