[Asterisk-bsd] latest zaptel installs in unexpected places

when i fetch and build zaptel and ztdummy from
   http://www.portaone.com/~sobomax/zaptel-freebsd-0.6.tar.gz
i have some problems

it seems zaptel and ztdummy do not install the same places as the
ones in /usr/ports, i.e. in /usr/local/lib/zaptel.  so i am loading
some stuff that is new and some that is not.

i am not sanguine that head zaptel make installs in /boot/kernel,
as i will lose it if i make a new kernel.
